What this website keeps, and what it doesn't
In short: we keep what you send us in an enquiry, to reply to it. We count visits without cookies and without knowing who you are.
When you send an enquiry
The enquiry form sends us your name, mobile number and what you need, plus your company, city and email if you give them. It reaches us by email, and a copy is kept on our web server so nothing is lost. To stop spam, a scrambled code made from your connection is stored with it, never the address itself. We use your enquiry only to reply with a quotation; we don't sell it or pass it on. To have your enquiry deleted, WhatsApp or email us.
Your enquiry list and your designs
The uniforms you add to your enquiry list stay in your own browser, on your phone or computer, until you send them. In the uniform designer, your logo is read on your device and never uploaded, and saved designs stay on your device. A design link or QR code carries the design (colours, options, sizes) but never your logo.
Counting visits
We count how often each page is opened, how often the WhatsApp, Call, Email and Directions buttons are tapped, and which uniforms and colours are designed, so we know what our customers look for. Only monthly totals are kept. There are no cookies and no advertising or analytics companies. For the counts, your internet address is never written down: to keep the totals honest, a scrambled code made from your connection is kept for one day and then deleted.
Other services
The map is Google Maps and loads only when you tap "Show the map"; Google's privacy policy applies to it. WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, where Meta's policy applies.
