From enquiry to delivery in five steps

    Tell us what you need

    Send the uniform types, rough quantities and colours on WhatsApp, by phone or through the enquiry form. Add your logo if you have it.

  2. 2

    Get your quotation

    We send an itemised quotation, valid for 60 days. Prices on this site are starting prices; GST is extra.

  3. 3

    Approve fabric, logo and design

    You see and approve the fabric, the logo placement and the design, and share your team's sizes.

  4. 4

    We stitch your order

    A 50% advance confirms the order. Production starts once the advance is in and the approvals are done.

  5. 5

    Delivery

    The balance 50% is paid on delivery. Big orders can go out in parts as they're ready, anywhere in India.

The Gondkar family has run Supreme Tailoring Firm in Vadodara since 1936.

    Mr. Shridhar Gondkar opens a small tailoring shop in the heart of Vadodara, built on craftsmanship and precision.

    His son, Mr. Bhalchandra Gondkar, takes the helm and makes the firm a trusted uniform maker across Gujarat.

    Serving clients across India

Questions buyers ask us

Can you put our company logo on the uniforms?

Yes. We add logos by embroidery, screen print or digital print. Send your logo file on WhatsApp and tell us where you want it: chest, sleeve or back. You approve the placement before production starts.

Can we choose our own colours and fabric?

Yes. Every uniform lists its standard colours and fabrics, and other shades can be arranged. You approve the fabric, logo and design before we start stitching. Which fabric suits which job.

How is the price worked out?

The prices on this site are starting prices. Your quotation depends on the fabric, the quantity and the branding you choose. Quotations are valid for 60 days, and GST is extra.

What are the payment terms?

A 50% advance confirms the order, and the balance 50% is paid on delivery.

Do you deliver outside Vadodara?

Yes. We serve clients across India, and big orders can be delivered in parts as they're ready.

How do we send our team's sizes?

Share a list of names and sizes with us (an Excel sheet or a photo of a list is fine). Production is planned once the sizes are in. How to measure, and a size sheet to fill in.
